Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your computer or mobile device and is retrieved during later visits. Kivilähde uses cookies to make it as easy as possible for you to browse our website. We do not use cookies to collect personal data and we do not disclose the data to third parties. There are two types of cookies, persistent and temporary (session cookies). Persistent cookies are saved as a file on your computer or mobile device, but never for longer than 12 months. Session cookies are saved temporarily and disappear when you stop browsing. We use persistent cookies to save data and login information relating to your landing page if you choose “Remember me” when you log in. We use session cookies when you use the filter function and when we check whether you are logged in or whether you have added a product to your shopping cart.
You can easily delete cookies from your computer or mobile device using your browser. You can find instructions on how to use and delete cookies in the “Help” section of your browser. You can disable cookies or choose to be notified whenever a new cookie is sent to your computer or mobile device. PLEASE NOTE! If you disable cookies, you will not be able to access all of the features.

Third-party cookies

We use third-party cookies for consolidated data collection using analytic tools, such as Google Analytics and Coremetrics. The cookies used include both persistent and temporary (session) cookies. Persistent cookies are saved as a file on your computer or mobile device, but never for longer than 24 months.

User tracking of Leadoo bots

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking. Please check out Leadoo Marketing Technologies Ltd’s Privacy Policy (https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy/) for more information on what is tracked and what your rights are. Leadoo works as the Processor and we work as the Controller for the data in terms of GDPR. You can stop the tracking by emptying your browser’s cache after the visit. For more on how Leadoo works as a GDPR compliant processor, see https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy-processor/
